Supplementary social assistance for Germans in Poland/benefits according to the social law §133, SGB XII

Germans in need living in Poland have the option of obtaining services pursuant to the German Social Services Act (§ 133 SGB XII) and can be accepted into the assistance programme SGB XII (formerly: BSHG) with the GRC Tracing Service.

Requirement:

Only those individuals or households whose incomes fall below the statutory minimum living wage in Poland can be considered. The amount of assistance depends on by how much the income falls below the minimum level. In the event of particular difficulties, additional allowances may be granted.

Assistance is provided through Money transfers by postal order. Current information on the requirements for the granting social assistance for Germans in Poland/benefits according to the Social Code §133, SGB XII can be obtained from the GRC Tracing Service Hamburg location.
