Entry into Germany

The GRC Tracing Service would be happy to advise you on all questions relating to entry and permanent residence in Germany on the basis of

  • the admission procedure pursuant to the German Displacement Act (BVFG),
  • German citizenship law,
  • The German Residence Act (AufenthG).

Family members who are still living in Eastern and South-eastern Europe or in the Asian successor states of the former USSR and wish to relocate to families already living in Germany can achieve this goal in very different ways. In each case, certain legal entry requirements must be fulfilled.

The final decision regarding whether and in which way entry to and residence in Germany is possible is taken by the responsible German authorities. The GRC Tracing Service has no influence on the outcome of this decision.
