The GRC Tracing Service: How we can help you

Maybe we can help you

  • find your missing relatives again,
  • send a message to your family or
  • get an attestation of detention for someone who has been detained.

If you are a refugee, we may also be able to help you get reunited with your family. If you are an ethnic German repatriate, we can assist you and your family in your resettlement to Germany. If you are looking for certainty about the fate of a relative who went missing during the Second World War, we can draw on our knowledge gathered since 1945.
